2. Still in Lima
We are still in Lima, but have made plans to leave on saturday.  It is v.grey &cold here which is apparently the norm.  The hostel is nice & v.well equiped but cannot counteract the weather.  Lima itself is not v.nice.  We had a big trek around the city, I got some new trainers, but it is v.v.dirty, so thick with car fumes that it hurts everytime you breath through your nose, it's a really decreped copy of a western city.  But we went to an old monastary thing & saw 200years worth of skeletons buried in the cellarsxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
